We carry out projects in the commercial, institutional, industrial and residential sectors, and specialize in the following: ventilation, refrigeration, electrical work, plumbing, pipe work, heating, natural gas, welding, fire-protection systems, and control instrumentation and automation. Our expertise and the services and specialities that we offer allow us, with our partners, to design, build, install and commission equipment such as air treatment units, heating and cooling plants, water towers, chillers, boilers, piping and plumbing systems, steam power plants, ventilation units, silencers, generators, water treatment systems, pumping stations, electrical systems (lighting, etc.), fire-protection systems, and control and automation systems. We integrate different specialties and equipments to deliver design-build projects including building when required. Among our achievements on conventional, construction management, Engineering-Procurement-Construction Management (EPCM) or Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) projects, where we provide detail or value engineering if needed, Groupe SVC is involved in such projects as thermal power plants, aluminum plants, mines and metals, aeronautics, hydro-electricity, pharmaceutical, industrial processes, conference centers, hospitals, arenas, schools, shopping centers, bio-technology research centers, theaters, long-term health care facilities, sports centers, university buildings, and large surface complexes.
