At Groupe SCV, we attach great importance to the health and safety of all our workers. In particular, our policy aims to ensure that our work is carried out in a secure environment that favours healthy and secure work conditions on our construction sites. Our health and safety policy, based on the company’s framework program, is always evolving and has but one goal: to eliminate risks at their source in order to favour a secure work environment. Health and safety in the workplace is everyone’s responsibility, from management to workers. In order to achieve our goals concerning security, we have set up a personalized prevention program for each project which strives to prevent health hazards at their source in order to ensure the security and physical integrity of our workers. Our health and safety coordinator evaluates each project for specific risks and ensures that a custom prevention program is assigned to the project. Thus, all the training that is offered to our supervisors and employees can be specifically adapted to the project. Groupe SCV has been a member of a prevention mutual since 1999. We put our faith in our personnel so that no accidents occur on our worksites. Our CSST premium rates speak for themselves: across the board, we have one of the lowest rates in our sector. Our performance level with regards to health and security is thus beneficial for our clients.
