Our Team

At Groupe SCV, we distinguish ourselves with the help of our experienced and specialized team of more than 50 people, comprised of engineers, technicians and specialists in project management, estimation, supplies, planning, and work completion, which allows us to realize every phase of a given project: design, value engineering, procurement or fabrication, installation and commissioning.

For each project, a manager or project leader develops an execution plan. This plan includes deliverables, schedule, budget, resources, and quality program.

The project manager is supported by the estimation group and the project services group, who offer support with regards to value and detail engineering, the quality program, planning, and supplying and cost control. During execution on the building site, the team is completed by construction superintendents and commissioning resources. The project's execution is supported by administrative services.
